it is now $17,000+ thats ok in a few years it will be at $100 maybe.what a MORON! that would pay that for that card! i think that auction is a scam anyway! the seller prob has a few thousand of his rookie cards and has all his friends bid on the item and it will never get sold at no cost to him but the listing fee! just to jack up the price of the other cards. does Todd Van Popple ring a bell? i made a killing on his crap before he even played a game! i opened a lot of wax in the early 90's and sold 100 of his leaf gold rookie insert card at $15 a pop! they booked at $35 dealers could not get enough of them, now it is a 1/2 cent card!
