Roger lied
If anyone in the country can spot a liar it has to be a politician. You would think that there would be some professional courtesy extended between baseball players and politicians. With his Congressional performance this week, how long before Clemmons gets indicted for perjury? One would have to be border line retarded not to not believe he took the drugs. Personally I don’t really care that he took them. Juan probably took them also. I don’t really care if Juan took the drugs. I find it insulting that Clemmons thinks we all just fell off the turnip truck. What do you think?

I'm pretty confident that Roger was a user myself. But like you, I could care less. Every employee that works under me tries to take a little extra break time, or does personal stuff on company time. I do the same thing. Everyone needs some outside discipline to keep them in line. If there isn't a system to monitor them don't blame those that do it, get those that promote it or ignore enforcement of it. Both MLB and the government itself gets the blame as they are giving the users the opportunity and are making the laws that rule against it. In 1991 Lyle Alzado, a football player, said he spent $30,000 a year on steroids. Did MLB think only football players used them?
