Can you add this. It looks like an advertisement piece for Topps. It is very thick stock and has a hole on the top like it was part of a mobile. It is a full 8.5 X 11 inches

The card was sold as a 1997 card but it looks like a 1998 Topps card #30 with the black bat. However, the swing on the card is after he hit or missed a ball at shoulder level. The frame of the card looks like the 1998 card.
