I think Roberto is a lot like myself,it is not the price! it is the card! he wants it and he wants it NOW! i myself was accused of running up the prices 3 years ago by Wil "aka" AIRCORP! yes the same person who was paying $300 plus for the 02 mirror golds & the 03 leaf emeralds.whining to another collector on this site about it,"before this site was here" THAT in 05 i was running the prices up on # to 25 and less cards! i was in a Juan MAD zone! and winning 99% of them all,at 25% and less of what he was paying for the 02 & 03's.collectors of Juan went on the CHEAP! and i was loving it very much thank you! could care less what he thought"knowing what he paid in the past" and what the max collectors were paying at the time that i was in the zone.i know how Mike bids he gets aggravated and keeps bidding.he has let me know quite a bit that i already have a card that i am bidding on and he needs it. i just tell him i also want it! . my deal is this,why have one when you can have 2 at twice the cost! i was the same way at shows. i bought every thing when i could find it. so yes patience is a virtue. but in card collecting.
