Default 1998 Crown Royale Home Run Fever
I have two of these cards.

One has temperature sensitive dots over each number that display the number if you press your finger on it for a moment. Then I have one that has no black dots whatsoever, all of the numbers are visible.

The first card is #302/374 and the second is #137/374
