Looking on card ladder, 130point.com, it's never easy to comp the lower pop stuff.

I see a PSA 10 Many Ramirez sold for $1,150 back on 23 Aug 2023. That one is a pop 3. Then I saw a Mark Mcguire PSA 10 sell for $800 on Oct 20th, that was a pop 2. So I'm not sure? $800?
