Fraud?

i will be sending this to psa,i have reported this and the other auction this seller had to ebays fraud department.they said the only way is to have the card graded,if it is a counterfit i will be reinburst for all the fees from the sellers paypal account thru paypal.even on this one the seller would not respond to my questions as to the cards validity. i will keep every one informed.could be very interesting
