Default Educate me please Flair Showcase

So, I bought this 1997 Flair Showcase row 2 card on Ebay last week. I just get in a zone and buy stuff. After I bought it, I noticed it was not a legacy card, so I was upset at myself. Then the card came in today and I put it next to a 1997 Flair Showcase Row o and the row zero was more reflective and refractorish than the row 2. But, I turned over the row 2 and it was numbered #51 of 100, the writing on the front is blue, the writing on the row zero is white/silver?

What am I missing?

Thanks,

John

PSA mucked up on the row 2 card and did not properly ID the card. The roe 0 for the 97 and 98 Have a museum/refractor like finish on the front.
I have seen them do that a lot. Did the ebay listing list it as a legacy card. You can send it back to PSA and they should correct their error for no charge. But I would keep it as is.
