Chris, Who are you kidding. If you sold your collection this week, then next week you would start to collect Juan Gonzalez all over again. I am not so sure that you would not sell the cards just to start all over again. As an example, how many duplicates did you use to have? If you get out of the game for a week, sell me the Footlocker card. 538 |

I would not ever sell off a piece of the collection. I actually spend more of my Hank Blalock collection than my on my Juan's. It is more fun as the competition is not as high. I have 148 true 1/1 Blalock's and can usually get them for less than $40 with plates selling for around $20.
My Juan doubles have always fluttered in numbers as I would trade or sell them to anyone. I try not to add any extras at this point. This site has been good to track what I need. If I were to ever sell out my Juans, I would not start collecting him again. Its easy to make an offer to sell knowing there isnt a buyer and it isnt going anywhere. |

I could buy about 650 PSA 10's for $9999 if Rob doesn't jack the price up. I think that I would rather have the PSA 10's at this stage.

I go back and forth on bidding habits...... Sometimes, I just bid once. It just depends on how cool and rare the card is.
