Truth be told
Caveat Emptor!
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-FINEST...YAAOSwRS9eDoz9 soak a 1993 finest in water over night and the cardboard backing will come off. Then gently slide the foil in one corner around and it will come off. And you now have a film proof??? The last scan is the foil. So is the card in the auction legit? You be the judge. I believe the same it is happening with the 1993 Bowman and Topps “Miscut errors” the seller offered them to me as 2nd. chance offer for the amount of my last bid. Just because someone has a card panel and decide to cut the cards wrong is not a good reason to place the card in the regular year as an error in my opinion, maybe it should be listed in the oddball list...

Roberto, I agree this is an oddball and not miscut error as they are more then likely intentiomally cut that way Kevin |
