Great start Mike! As you know, I was big into autographs for a few years prior to getting back into the Juan cards. There are several Hall of Famers who sign for free or a minimal fee through the mail. I can get a list and some addresses together for you if you want. Let me check and see if I've got some extras around to trade as well. Believe it or not, I've got signed cards of just about every Hall of Famer who has played since 1930 under glass hanging in my billiard room. You'll really enjoy this project!

I'll try to get some photos together. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to scan all these before they were framed and matted. In the meantime, here's one to get you started...

Bobby Doerr
33705 Illamo Agness Rd
Agness, Or 97406

He's a great signer! You'll probably have it back within a couple of weeks...just remember to include a self addressed envelope.

I'll try to get some more together over the next couple of days.

Thanks,
Ron

Should get it in a couple of days.

Mike,

Great idea but maybe you should get Roberto to adopt you so you don't run out of money in your new quest for signatures. Looks like a fun project. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Hey Ron, I just looked at your 2010 Rangers cards...awesome!! Where do you live? DO you go to a lot of games? How did you get all of those?

Love the Hamiltons and the Youngs. I have 56 Michael Young autos, but none IP. I have 48 Josh Hamilton autos with several of those being in person.

Check out this link...

Let me know what you think.

Hamilton is great in person, as most of the guys are. I live in Virginia Beach and make my way up to Baltimore a few times each year. That's where my girlfriend and I got most of them. I did pick up a small number of them at spring training about three seasons ago.

My brother and I were fortunate enough to be able to have a beer with Whitey Ford several years ago...that photo is my favorite. Sorry that the photos are not better; I really wished I scanned these prior to having them framed.

The players in the Yellow Cramer cards are Aaron, Appling, Ashburn, Banks, Boudreau, Conlon, Chuck Connors (The Rifleman), Dickey, Durocher, Garagiola, Greenberg, Grimes, Herman, Hubbell, Kelley, Killebrew, Koufax, Keene, Lemon, Lyons, Mantle, Mays, Mize, Reese, Roberts, Snider, Terry, Vander Meer, Vernon, Waner, Williams, Wynn

The Fleer cards are Blyleven, Aparicio, Bench, Berra, Brock, Carlton, Carter, Cepeda, Kaat, Feller, Concepcion, Dawson, Doby, Doerr, Gibson, Irvin, Jackson, Ryan, Ford, Kell, Kiner, Molitor, Murphy, Musial, Perry, Rizzuto, Smith, Jenkins, Robinson, Schmidt, Schoendienst, Slaughter, Stargell, Wilhelm, Yazstrzemski, Spahn
I'll try to get through some boxes the next couple of days...I know I've got some extra hall of fame signatures that we can trade for.
