Juan Gonzalez Game-Worn, Signed Rangers Cap
High Bid: $98 Auction Closed: 12/9/2005 During his tenure with the Texas Rangers, Juan Gonzalez was an RBI-producing machine. The Herculean slugger also possessed a deadly power swing, which led to a pair of AL MVP Awards. Gonzalez put moderate use into this [size] "6 7/8" Rangers cap. Both the sweatband and the underside of the visor exhibit stains. His number "19" is written in black marker under the brim. The highlight of this piece sits on top of the brim, where Gonzalez signed his name, number, and "M.V.P. 96 98" in black felt tip ("9"). |
