I actually have one. The guy is full of it. It is a facsimile autograph. I just can't find it on the list.

It probably isn't on the list but it would be a Ranger's issue, the only thing close would be

1992 Rangers Team Issue

It is probably a 92 or 93 issue and I suspect the back is blank so it is difficult to pin down a year on it.

Nothing but hand out cards that they give you if you had wrote to Juan and asked for an autograph. I have never been able to figure the years for what card.

Well I assume the card in the middle is the card that is listed as 1992 on the list. I would say the first card can go as 1990 and the third card, the subject of this thread can go as 1991.
