i would think so! look at the feed back! and they did not return my question about this card is not on any list,and where they got it from! to me its a fake!! i will report it to ebay.

Also they listed it as a 2001 card....should be 2002...if I were selling a $100 card I'd be sure to at least get the year right...

the only packs this could have come from is the 2005 national pack time and should have been listed that way.and it is not on the list! i reported this to ebay as a counterfit!

It is hard to say. The National Packtime Buybacks were done in the last gasps for Fleer. It is possible that one of the buybacks did not get on the list. Although I am very skeptical because I haven't ever seen another one like it. And there isn't any COA with any of the Fleer Buybacks. The only distinction is a written number on the front. It makes me very leery.

It could possibly be....same seller from last time ...the 2001 Bat #8. Wonder if the last was a fake for sure. I never had heard of this one either.

YES! BIG TIME!!!!
I had won cards from him 4 times 2 years ago! receved the 1st auction and not the last 3. plus this is a fake,like the last one he sold.
