Topps Value Boxes
 

Went to Wal-mart and bought a couple of the Value Boxes on Saturday. Got a couple of cool cards like a Strasburg refractor and several Million card giveaway cards.

From everything I have read they are pretty decent.

i buy those once or twice a year - dollar tree has packs of cards for $1 and I grab one everytime I go, but packs are usually a waste as I dont get a card of a player I collect since they are all retired now
