The plastic sleeve on the side of the card I kept on whiling scanning because it is snug and I didn't want to fully take it off and then try to put it back on. So that's why the picture on the front and back has that anomaly.
The condition is standard for these outside of the front bottom middle edge. I didn't pull the card and just bought it from a dealer but the edges and border otherwise match up with a lot of them on COMC. Something you wouldn't grade but it is a thick, oversized game used card with dark borders. Don't know when the dealer pulled it but it was probably like 20 years ago so it is clearly the worst condition out of this lot.
